Coming to NBC this Fall: #TheGoodPlace

Coming to NBC this Fall from the executive producer of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Parks and Recreation and "The Office,"  comes a new smart and unique comedy that follows Eleanor Shellstrop (Kristen Bell, "House of Lies" & "Veronica Mars"), an ordinary woman who, through an extraordinary string of events, enters the afterlife where she comes to realize that she hasn't been a very good person. With the help of her wise newfound afterlife mentor (Ted Danson, "Cheers" & "Board to Death"), she's determined to shed her old way of living and discover the awesome (or at least the pretty good) person within.

Directed by Drew Goodard, the Oscar-nominated writer of "The Martian." The cast includes Bell, Danson, William Jackson Harper, Jameeia Jamil, Manny Jacinto and D'Arcy Carden.

Michael Schur serves as writer and executive producers. David Miner also executive produces and Goddard directs.

It's one of the best new comedies coming this fall. You got two best actors in Kristen Bell and Ted Danson that's one great thing. The other is that Michael Schur is the other, who has a huge track record of bring in the two best comedies series on television ( "Parks and Recreation" & "Brooklyn Nine-Nine").
