We first got a taste of the hit fantasy series “The Shannara Chronicles” on MTV but is was officially announces that the series will be moving to Spike! This will be the second season contain 10-episodes premiere on its new home this fall, with an encore presentation of Season 1 also airing on Spike this summer.
As per Spike.com Season, two starts off one year after the events of season one. The Four Lands are in chaos the re-emergence of magic has the populace terrified, and an organization called The Crimson is hunting down magic users, using fear and intimidation to sow discord among the races. Wil, scarred by the loss of Amberley and his separation from Eretria and has turned his back on his magical destiny to become a healer. But when a mysterious woman named Mareth saves Wil from a Crimson attack, he is forced to rejoin the fight.
