For Better or Worse S5E19: Recap&Review

I don't know about other viewers,  but I am loving Richard and Jennifer as a couple. This couple is like oil and vinegar but fits together perfectly.

This episode started with the playfulness and beginning stages of love between Richard and Jennifer. On the couch they lay, with Jennifer trying to get Richard to wake up and go home. Who would have known once they stop flirting walking to the door, Keisha would be on the other side of the door.

Keisha arrives at Jennifer's house and her behavior is extremely strange. Out of nowhere Keisha has had a changed of heart towards Richard. She apologizes to Richard, claims to still love him and apologize for everything she has done. Jennifer's patience is ticking away and she repeatly asks Keisha to leave her home. After repeated attempts of asking nicely, Jennifer escorts Keisha out the door with a nice hair grab and grip. The new found couple wants to know what the hell was up with Keisha and her behavior.

Keisha trying to get Richard back.

Keisha trying to get Richard back.

At C Sports, Keisha has another encounter with Richard, while Jennifer is at Angie's Salon telling Angela and Leslie about Keisha poppin up at her house. The ladies wants to get to the bottom of Keisha's games and heads to C Sports.

Due to Keisha's restraining order, Richard is doing his best to stay away from Keisha but Keisha is throwing herself at him. All the  drama Keisha has caused Richard, he wants nothing to do with her. Keisha pulls out all tricks to win Richard back. She wore a dress he loved her in, his favorite perfume on her, use her nicely shape body as a pleasure and her thoughts of thinking Richard isn't really interested in Jennifer. Could Keisha be serious about her change of heart?

Todd always in the middle of something.

Todd always in the middle of something.

Of course she NOT!!!! Richard recieves a letter from his attorney about an old investment. Whatever was in that letter puts Richard straight on the floor?

Todd informs Joseph and Marcus about Keisha and Richard being alone in his office. A few seconds later, Richard enters C Sport break room with Keisha hot on his trail. Keisha wants to continue her private conversation with Richard but she can't always get what she want. She realize that so she makes another attempt to win Richard back in front of Todd, Joesph and Marcus. Joseph, Todd and Marcus is all confuse and wondering what is going on. Richard assures Keisha, he already paid her for being with her, he wants no parts of her anymore. I don't blame him, Keisha took all that man money. She left him broke, broke and more broke.

Jennifer, Angela and Leslie arrives at C Sports to find Keisha body pressed all up on Richard. Jennifer pushed Keisha into Todd. Todd took that chance to feel up on Keisha's boobs. Everyone is so confuse about Keisha change of heart and removing the restraining order.

Richard finally breaks the news to them all. He explains that years ago he invested $80,000 into a company. Keisha didn't want the investment in the divorce because she felt it was worth nothing. The investment turned into a billion dollar company and his $80,000 is now $8.75 million. Explaining why Keisha all of sudden is so nice to Richard after putting that man through hell and leaving him flat broke. Jennifer hit jackpot and has a man with money. She can't believe it. Joseph, Richard, and Marcus has decided to buy Keisha out of C Sports with the assumption, she blew all her money she took from Richard.  Keisha is high maintenance so I agree,  she is broke.

This season has been halirous. The funny punch lines, the misunderstandings and the new couple makes this show worth watching. Get hip if you haven't been watching For Better or Worse. I assure you, you will be watching in much laughter.

Gram disses Tiana and Empire on a video message. Emails flooded Empire lobby screens including nude pictures of Cookie. Cookie is watching the interview and cheering on Angelo standing up for her. Secretly to herself she say, " I love you Angelo ". Is this couple really over or just beginning. Andre has proven he is a force that isn't to be reckon with.  The entire hacker situation, Andre and Vaughn was behind it. Andre trusted Nessa enough to take her to his meeting and payout to Vaughn. Andre has decided he is going to be more powerful then Luscious and he taking Nessa along for the ride.... With Rhonda's approval according to him. I convinced Andre has lost his mind. Review
I must say this was a fantastic episode; I already love the three plots. I am concern about Charles, but I think both him and Claude needs to learn that Catherine may be conniving and rootless, but she knows what is best for and them and France. I am anxious to see how Claude will explain to Catherine that she made her younger brother go out into the night to fight an unknown group of rootless men. What does this mean for Leith and Claude?, I am not a big of fan their relationship, I don’t see the chemistry he had with Greer. I was relieved that Bash was ok, I was a little concern that they were going to kill him off because I know he is supposed to be in another series “Still Star-Crossed” as a series regular. I am glad they are together although I am scared him and Mary as they travel with Clan McFee knowing that they hate the Queen to Scots, and they was also responsible for killing France. As for Lola, I think she will accept Elizabeth’s offer until Narcisse arrives and tells her that Mary is not dead, or she wasn’t dead when he left her in the care of Bash.  An overall best episode of the season and I love that they are building a plot for season 4 and possible season 5.

Let us know what you think in the comment.
•Should Mary reveal herself as the Queen of Scots to the Clan McFee to get closer to their leader?
•Are you rooting for Lola and Narcisse?
•What do you think the Red Knight will do to Charles?

#Netflix releases the Trailer for #StrangerThings

On Thursday, Netflix released the trailer for their upcoming new sci-fy drama series, Stranger Things.

When a young boy disappears in Indiana in the 1980’s, his mother must confront terrifying forces in order to get him back.

The series stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Cara Buono, Charlie Heaton and Matthew Modine. The show’s created by executive producers Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer and also wrote and directed all of the eight, hour-long, episodes.  Also Shawn Levy serves as Executive Producer.

The trailer looks super creepy and mysterious. It shows a real supernatural element really has me wanting to check this series out. I’m a HUGE fan of Ryder from Beetlejuice to Mr. Deeds. My only question (for now) is what in the hell did this boy saw?

Here’s a link to the trailer.

You can catch Strange Things on Netflix July 15th.

Orphan Chat: #OrphanBlack S4 Ep8 "The Redesign of Natural Objects" Recap and Review

It’s just another day in clone club: blindsides, music numbers, and torture.

The episode opens with Donnie in prison. In a show with its fair share of characters like Helena and Mrs. S’s who are fully capable of some major ass-kicking, Donnie is probably the least qualified character to survive prison. This has the promise for comedy to ensue. Except-uhoh-enters Neolution. Nice twist, adding a Neolution plant in prison. At least Donnie’s hair has remained perfectly quiffed through his stay so far.

Now on to Rachel and her glitches. It must be a red herring how they keep calling Rachel’s visions glitches like how castors glitch because I don’t think those are the same thing.

In this episode, we get to see a lot of teamwork. Ira and Rachel are starting to bond over their mutual desire to not die via clone disease. And I have to say that strangely I LOVE their relationship and hope to see more interactions. There is an impressive balance knowing that they both were raised self-aware but by different Duncans. Even more on the teamwork front, we got to say “Yo” to the Susan Duncan clan working with clone club which is a fun new direction, and I can’t wait to see more wonderful interactions between Rachel and Cosima, a clone pair we have rarely gotten to see interact.

Continuing on the Cosima front, our favorite geek monkey is still trying desperately to find Delphine with renewed hope that she is still out there. Personally, I hope Delphine is dead and yes I love Cophine- but I have my reasons for wanting a dead Delphine, but that’s a rant for a different day.

Meanwhile, Shioban was to kill Mr “Glasses” Duko. Not like Glasses doesn’t deserve it, what with killing Kendall and crashing Gemma Hendrick’s adorable bday party. Too bad Duko wasn’t a smart enough player and got cornered by clone club in the comic book store (with a gun).

Later in the episode, we get one of those incredible scenes that only OB can bring us: Allison singing Cu with Donny getting beat up was wonderfully edited together mixing moments like that is something this show is phenomenal.

Speaking of Allison, this episode saw her growing closer to the Reverend. How long will it take for the Reverend to try ultimately to make a move with Allison? At this point either he is resolution (or something greater, make next season’s big bad?) or he wants to bone her. Either way, he does have really trustworthy blue eyes. Sure he might just want to help her find God but c'mon, this is Orphan Black, no one has straightforward intentions.

Quotable moment:
“It’s about family”–The next time someone asks me what the show is about after I recommend it to them, hopefully without getting a shot right after saying it, though.

#YoungAndHungry Season 4 Premiere "Young & Hawaii" Recap & Review

Aloha  youngries!  So the summer premiere of  Young & Hungry came and went but and I gotta say that it was amazing! In the beginning with the facetime call between Gabi and Sofia was hilarious.

Gabi meets a heartbroken groom who overheard her situation and made  her an offer that comes with free booze and a return ticket, if she would spend his honeymoon (Gabi agrees to anything)

Gabi sees the humorous Yolanda, who didn’t recognize her as the “real” Gabi at first calling her Hawaii Gabi.  And man that is one crazyyyy therapist!  She’s a complete nutjob; it was her job to see that Josh was still in love with Gabi!  I mean duh ah LOL.  Gabi and Adam had a beautiful day, and they seem to be connecting which means when Gabi and Josh blow up for the millionth time he’s going to be there ( let’s hope that doesn’t happen ), but I will give him props because he is a real sweetheart. Then Amanda (Adams fiance) shows up and sucker punches Gabi in the face!

So in the midst of Gabi still thinking about Josh having a thing for his therapist, he shows up in Hawaii to tell Gabi what she always wanted to hear “ I want you.” When she goes back to the room to get her stuff ….  Adam kisses her and she didn’t try to stop him “talk about trouble in paradise.”!

I knew this guy was gonna be trouble cause the proof is in the pudding “vanilla, butterscotch and chocolate pudding at that!”  That’s a lot of pudding . Can’t wait to see what happens next week!

#TheNightShift "The Times They Are A-Changin'" Season Premiere recap and review

The season premiere of The Night Shift aired Wednesday night and it kicks off pretty fast. Let’s get started.

The show jumps a few months after the season two finale, TC and Jordan are trying not to work on the same shift, after we see that TC proposed to Jordan moments after she awoke from her coma in the finale but she declined. But avoiding each other won’t last when Topher has them working the same shift.

A call of an accident on the highway gets Topher and TC on the chopper to go, seek and bring back. There seems to be one small problem, it’s during a lighting storm, how fun right? Hell yeah!!

A woman is found on the edge of a highway sign as Topher takes care of her, TC provides the supple to him and gets her on the chopper. She’s suffering from a cut in the artery with a huge piece of glass that TC takes out with night-vision goggles.

Back at the hospital, Kenny shows the new doctor, Dr. Shannon Rivera, the ropes and has her pronounce a dead body for the funeral home. When Jordan steps out, she knows what he’s doing to her, as it’s always a tradition for a newbie…scary them. As Shannon lifts the sheet, Paul screams at her and she punches him in the face. That’s what I call a setback, my friend and a very good one.

After that we see Paul and Shannon get into it during traumas and such. She really gets under his skin and he shows a bit of romantic interest for her just a bit. But watching those two be the comic relief in this episode was amazing.

Jordan gets a patient, one from the accident that TC was at, that suffers from unstable blood pressure along with the heart stopping and going. Scott comes in and soon they spot a massive in her kidney that explains the what she’s been ding through. In surgery, Scott finds the tumor but than her pressure drops again and Jordan thinks there’s another tumor. Scott searches and finds it but finds something even more graving, turns out to be cancer and they tell the patient’s partner of the news. She tells Jordan that she feels responsible for this as they were fighting, but she tells her that it’s not, that the accident has given her a second shot of telling her how much she cares for her.

TC and Jordan do chat for a bit but it’s a start. But soon, the man comes in the ER asking about his son, because his wife called him that she was taking him to the hospital. Topher and Kenny check but no one came in with a fever. But than he tells them that she drove a truck to get here and it hits Topher in shock. He treated his wife and gets TC and Jordan to find the son, which they do as they find the kid in it’s car seat high up.

Meanwhile, while all of this was going on, Drew was sent to Afghanistan and teams up with Dr. Syd Jennings (Jennifer Beals). As soon as they have some fun, bombs and guns go off. They treat a 15 year old pregnant girl, who happens to be a wife of the Afghan general. Causing problems internationally, Drew does what he does best, save the girl as she need surgery for a tear in the womb. Causing the top officer to really get on him, but as they perform the surgery, the General comes in and points a gun demanding her release to him. Drew calmly fights back, holding the gun away until it goes off and we are left with a “To Be Continued….”

This part one of a two part episode was amazing. They really have you caught up about the characters. The show hasn’t lost any step and has gotten better. There wasn’t one specific person, but the whole cast was amazing. Will TC and Jordan find a way to work it out and possibly get back together? And what the hell happen with Drew, is he shot or is the General shot?

What did you think of the season premiere? Did you like it or not? Leave a comment.

OUAT: My Top 5 Robin Hood Moments

WARNING:  THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR SEASON 5 OF ONCE UPON A TIME.  IT IS RECCOMENDED THAT YOU DO NOT READ THIS ARTICLE UNLESS YOU ARE FULLY CAUGHT UP ON THE SERIES.

With that being said, you may proceed.

If you’re like me, you’ve been grieving the death of Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) for well over a month now.  Though I was not a “Hoodie”, as his die-hard fans called themselves, I was definitely sad to see him go.
Robin Hood, in my opinion was a much under-used character.  Especially in season 5, which didn’t make sense to me, seeing as he was just promoted to series regular.

Anyway, in honour of everyone’s favourite outlaw, I have compiled a list of my top 5 Robin Hood moments, to help all you Hoodies, and all you other Oncers, move through the 5 stages of grief toward acceptance.

#5:  REGINA AND ROBIN SAY GOODBYE (4X12 HEROES AND VILLAINS)

There were a lot of moments that had me on the verge of tears in “Heroes and Villains” (I say verge of tears because I’m not one to cry in books, movies or TV shows)and this was one of them.

Robin and Regina were both so brokenhearted in this scene, and I felt for both of them, and both showed so much character development.  Overall, though, I thought this scene was incredibly important for Robin.  It solidified who he was, but also showed a sense of determination that hadn’t highlighted til now.  Determination to help his family, but also do right by the woman he loved.  Robin had a deep desire to do the right thing, but experienced so much internal struggle in doing so, I think it spoke volumes.

#4:  ROBIN AND MARIAN IN NEW YORK

This scene was amazing for one reason.  Robin Hood was acting exactly like how a fairy tale character would if they ended up in our world- like a foreigner, or more accurately in the mind of your average New Yorker, a crazy person.

He was obviously trying to lay low, and doing a pretty good job of it for a while, but then Marian’s purse got stolen, and Robin’s fairy tale instincts kicked in.  Instincts that, really, we all forgot he had.

The whole thing reminded me a bit of Enchanted, without the complete ridiculousness and I was totally and completely loving Robin.

#3:  OUTLAW-QUEEN VAULT SCENE (FROM 4X07 THE SNOW QUEEN)

This particular scene stands out to me because of the passion and emotion Robin exudes in what he’s saying, and I loved this because we don’t see it very often.

I’m not trying to imply that Robin isn’t a passionate person because he is.  It’s just that there aren’t a lot of people who bring out his ability to truly feel.  Robin is friends with the rest of our heroes, yes, but sometimes it feels like they have more of a business-like relationship.

With Regina, on the other hand, (and a few others) Robin is an entirely different person- one who opens up and has depth.  And in this scene, I feel like Robin’s true feelings and desires are exposed to us, more so than at any other point during his time on the show.

Really, though, the reason I love this moment so much is because when I watched it, I understood Robin, I could feel what he was feeling, and what Regina was feeling almost like I was living it, and there are very few times that that happens.

#2:  ROBIN’S UNSENT LETTER TO REGINA (FROM 5X22 ONLY YOU)

Okay, I realize Robin is technically dead at this point, and the entire moment is just a Sean Maguire voice over, but this moment I absolutely loved.

When I watched the episode “Only You”, Robin’s death in “Last Rites” was still fresh in my mind, so this moment brought ALL THE FEELS.  It was bittersweet in every way; absolutely heartbreaking but full of hope and provided the sense of closure we all needed.

Plus, this letter had such an impact on Regina that my heart hurt.  The entire episode, Regina was grieving; she was feeling rage over his death that she had to put on hold, thanks to Henry.  I am entirely convinced that Regina finding this letter was the sole thing to keep her on the heroic path.

I thought it was a nod, in some ways, to what Robin’s unfinished business might have been, had he not been obliterated by Hades.  Robin was able to be there for his true love even if he didn’t exist, which proved the power of Outlaw Queen one final time, and I will never not appreciate that.

#1:  ROBIN FINDS THE STORYBOOK PAGE IN THE LIBRARY (FROM 4X08 SMASH THE MIRROR)

I understand that in the grand scheme of things, this scene is not the most significant.  So why did I include it in my top 5, let alone place it at the very top?  The answer, my friends, is comic relief.

Throughout the entirety of his appearance on the show, Robin is a very serious character.  He takes protecting his family, friends and Storybrooke earnestly, and every single decision he makes or action he performs is completed with thought and precision.  As a result, we don’t get many funny moments from Robin, but when we do, we remember them.

I love this particular comedic moment because, throughout the scene, Robin is being completely serious.  This moment is small and unexpected, and really results from Robin doing what he tends to do, which is take stuff literally.

Who I Think Negan Killed on the Season 6 Finale of The Walking Dead #TWD

So if you’re a huge fan of The Walking Dead like me your probably dying to know if your favorite character survived the season finale or if they met the true death by the hands of Negan. Well as soon as the show aired and I knew we wouldn’t know the answers until October, I took matters into my own hands so to speak. I began re-watching the last few moments of that awful cliffhanger. I watched the direction Negan went over and over. I looked at every thing you could see behind Negan at each person he went to during his little game. I made notes of where everyone set and what clothes they were wearing. I paused to see everyone’s expression. I listened closely to exactly what Negan has to say. I made a note of where Negan puts his hands at that moment.

If you listen Negan says if you scream we will cut out the boys other eye and feed it to his dad. The position of his arms here is key. I know most people are saying Glenn because the comics. I dont think they would make it that simple. I have heard its Michonne because the POV was hers because you could see Daryl’s head in the van. Well that might have been but its my thoughts they did this to throw us off.

There is one man who stood tall to Negan. He didnt feel threatened by him at all. This is one of the strongest men with Rick. Also if Negan was standing in front of this man then his hands would land directly on Carl.

With every thing I did I came up with Abraham. I am sorry! I know it doesn’t mean I am right but if I am it is gonna suck! But if you read the comics then you know that Abraham is the one who was suppose to get the arrow to the eye!!

#TheWalkingDead Season 7 News and Rumors #TWD

I know we are dying to know who Negan killed on that godawful cliffhanger, but we just have to wait. No one is telling us that. Although there are a lot of rumors and myths out there about it. Season 7 is bound to bring us a lot more with the way they ended season 6. There are a few things that we know thus far.

According to comicbook.com, The walking dead creators and staff have said that Ezekiel (leader of the Kingdom) has been cast and will be in season 7. If you read the comics, then you might be wondering if his beloved pet tiger Shiva will also be making an appearance well according to both comicbook.com and movieweb.com we will be seeing our first glimpse of Shiva in the official trailer for season 7. This trailer is always released during the San Diego Comic-Con. Which has a confirmed date of July 21st until July 24th of this year. Which means at some point during that time frame we will get our first real peek at what season 7 holds for us. If you’re like me, that seems like too long to wait!! DesignTrend also tells us that instead of a real tiger Shiva will be part CGI and part animatronics. This will be very cool to see! No official release has been made about who will be playing the part of Ezekiel but after searching the internet for hours, I found most sites say the same thing. Creators and producers are trying to get Dave Fennoy to play the part. If you have ever played the walking dead series games, then you have heard his voice because he does the voice overs. Dave also looks the part according to the pictures in the comics. I for one think he would make an outstanding fit.

To this date, there has been no confirmed date for the premier of season 7, but if you look at the past 6 seasons, there is a pattern they have followed. The season always airs during the New York Comic-Con. If they follow the same pattern this year that would make the date October 9th, 2016!!!!
